Professional audiobook narrator and voice actor Michael Bauer discusses the process of how an audiobook is made, and the techniques actors use to create compelling character voices.
In the second half, he walks you step by step though how to land your first audiobook contract if you’ve ever wanted to break into the industry yourself.

Michael Bauer is a professional voice actor and audiobook narrator who has narrated more than 100 audiobooks. His voice work includes recordings for several Netflix series, including Iron Chef, Love Never Lies, and the family series Space Lightning.
He holds a BFA in Acting from NYU Tisch School of the Arts and an MFA from UCLA.
Michael co-runs C5 Entertainment with his wife Kate, where they produce children’s television programming for Yippee TV and Amazon Prime.
